Details
This apartment has been designed with downsizing in mind. This two bed two bath apartment maximises the space used to create public and private spaces with a communal kitchen and balcony.
DOWNSIZING uses different materials to give the illusion of larger spaces. The lighter colours in the joinery and tiles in the kitchen give the space an expansive and airy feel.

The use of laminate decorative board for the cabinetry which can withstand daily wear and tare ensuring long lasting beauty and functionality. The benchtops chosen is a laminate benchtop which has a white marble colour with large, soft gold coloured vein.
The use of laminate instead of real marble is a more cost effective and sustainable solution. For the tap ware and hardware for the kitchen and bathrooms, a brushed brass finish has been used for a pop of colour in the very neutral rooms.
